Step cooking

- We put a non-stick pan on the stove and put 20-40 grams of butter on it.
- Pour a small amount of pancake dough onto a preheated pan. This is most conveniently done with the help of a ladle. We bake all the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
- When all the pancakes are baked, give them a little rest and cool. If the pancakes are hot, then the cream will simply leak and the cake will not work. One by one we cool the cooled pancakes with cream from Mascarpone and put on top of each other.
- We cover the finished cake with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- After 60 minutes, sprinkle the top of the cake with a little brown sugar, and if desired, burn it with a special burner.
- Cut the cake into portions and serve.
