- Grate 150 g of cheese on a fine grater.
- Grate 150 g of ham on a coarse grater. Put the filling on different plates.
There are two ways to bring a mouth-watering appetizer to its logical conclusion.
First way:
- Preheat the pan and grease with a little vegetable oil.
- Pour a serving of dough into the pan with a thin layer, tilting it in a circle.
- When the edges of the pancake begin to gold, turn it over.
- Put a little grated cheese in the center of the pancake, then ham, and wrap the filling in an envelope.
- Turn the resulting envelope over, let it brown a little, and remove from the pan.
The second way:
- First, fry the pancakes in a pan, laying the finished ones on a plate in a stack.
