Step cooking
- 400 ml of milk pour half into a small stewpan. Add 20 grams of instant gelatin. Stir, set aside to swell for about 10-15 minutes. Instead of a gelling powder agent, gelatin can be taken in plates (weight ratio 3: 2, i.e. approximately 14 grams of leaf).
- In a blender bowl, put 200 grams of nonfat 2% cottage cheese. Add the remaining 200 ml of milk, 100 grams of granulated sugar and 8 grams of vanilla sugar. Beat the mixture until smooth. To prepare blanmange, you can take fat cottage cheese, the main thing is that it is not grainy. In this case, the curd is rubbed through a sieve. Milk in the recipe can be replaced with cream of any fat content. Instead of vanilla sugar, you can take a pinch of vanillin or 5 ml of vanilla essence.
- Put the stewpan with the gelatine swollen in milk on a minimum heat. Heat the mixture to a temperature of 60-70 ° C, stirring constantly. Heat the milk until the gelling agent is completely dissolved. In no case should you bring the mixture to a boil, since gelatin can lose its properties.
- Pour the milk-gelatin mixture into the blender bowl, beat the contents for about 1 minute. Wash the strawberries, dry. Set aside 8-10 berries for decoration. At the rest of the strawberries, tear the tails. Cut the strawberries into pieces: small berries in half, large berries into 4 parts. To prepare a berry blanmange, you can take different berries and fruits, the basis of the dish is the milk mass with gelatin, and the berries and fruits themselves go like filling. Use both fresh berries and fruits, and in the form of candied fruits, dried fruits, frozen (dry freeze without ice).
- Fill the dessert glass goblets with strawberry slices a third of the height.
- Pour in the blanmange berries. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Garnish the frozen dessert with laid-back strawberries with ponytails.
