Ingredients
- Kefir - 220 g
- Vegetable oil - 80 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Flour - 300 g
- Sugar - 220 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Soda - ½ tsp.
Step cooking
- Combine flour, baking powder and soda. Mix.
- Add eggs, sugar and salt to the mixer bowl.
- Beat at high speed for 10 minutes.
- Pour kefir and vegetable oil, mix again until smooth for 30 seconds.
- Pour dry ingredients.
- Mix for a couple of minutes at medium speed until smooth.
- Leave the dough for 5 minutes.
- Pour the dough into a form covered with parchment.
- Cover the form with foil.
- We send to the oven, preheated to 170 degrees, for 50-60 minutes.
- Let the biscuit cool for 5 minutes, remove from the mold and let it cool completely on the wire rack. Done!
