Ingredients

- Baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
- Butter - 200 g
- Sugar - 200 g

- Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp. l
- Strawberry Jam - 100 g
- Strawberries to taste
Step cooking
- Sift 200 g flour into a deep bowl. Add 1.5 tsp to flour. baking powder and mix everything until smooth.
- Next, in a bowl of the mixer, combine 200 g of butter and 200 g of sugar. Beat everything until splendid.
- Next, in the bowl of the stationary mixer with the equipment turned on, gradually add 1 egg each. In total, you need to add 4 eggs, waiting until each of them interferes with the sugar composition.
- Next, switch the mixer to minimum speed and add prepared flour with baking powder to the dough. Everything must be done in the same way gradually. Knead everything until smooth. You should get about 800 g of dough.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and start baking 2 cakes of 400 g each. Bake should be in a special form, the bottom of which is covered with parchment paper. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees. The baking time of one cake is approximately 20 minutes.
- Let your cakes cool. While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream and the filling.
- For the filling, rinse, dry and cut into small pieces 100-200 g of fresh strawberries. Add 100 g of strawberry jam to the strawberries. Mix everything.
- For cream, whip in a separate container 250 g of chilled cream of fat and 1 tbsp. l powdered sugar. Put the whole cream on a completely cooled cake and evenly distribute it on the surface.
- Put strawberry filling on top of the cream.
- Top with a second biscuit.
- Sponge cake can be decorated with fruit or icing sugar.
- Next, remove the cake for 2 hours in the refrigerator, after the time has passed, serve to the table.
