Step cooking
- To get started, prepare the Big Mac sauce. To do this, you need to take 50 g of pickled cucumber and very finely chop it into cubes. Note that the cube should be so small that the pieces of cucumber are not felt separately in the sauce. After you cut the cucumber, mix it in a deep bowl or plate with 1 tbsp. l mild mustard. Next, add ¼ tsp to mustard and cucumber. dried onions and garlic. Following them add 1 tsp. sweet paprika - it will add spice to the sauce. After seasoning, add 1 tsp to the ingredients. white wine vinegar, as well as 1-2 tbsp. l cucumber pickle. The final step in preparing the burger sauce will be adding 100 g of mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
- Now you can start preparing vegetables for the Big Mac. Take onions, peel them, wash them, and then cut them into small cubes as small as possible. To make one burger, you only need 15 g of onions. Cut the iceberg lettuce into thin strips, and pickled cucumbers into thin rings. For 1 roll, you will need no more than 2-3 rings, which is about 5 g. The Big Mac cutlet is made from ground beef only, so take a small amount of ground meat and make from it not too small but thin cutlet. You will need 2 pieces of such cutlets.
- It is necessary to fry the cutlet immediately from two sides without using oil, so an electric grill or a sandwich maker is perfect for this. The approximate cooking time is 3 minutes, after which the patties should be folded on paper, a little salt and pepper, and then let them brew.
- The bun with sesame seeds must be carefully cut into 3 identical parts, then hold it a little in a dry frying pan until a beautiful brown crust appears. Now you can start collecting Big Mac. Take the lower part of the roll and the middle, put the sauce on each of them dotted in 3 places, followed by a small pinch of onion, then iceberg salad.
- Put 2-3 slices of pickled cucumber on the bun, which will go in the middle, and put 1 slice of cheddar cheese on the lower bun, directly on top of the iceberg lettuce.
