Step cooking
- Pour a glass of warm water into a bowl, add 2 tsp to it. dry yeast. Mix and leave for 10 minutes.
- Top up with the same 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- Add 1 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar.
- Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Pour the protein into a bowl to the rest of the components.
- Knock out another egg in a bowl.
- Knead the whole mixture with a mixer or whisk. If you do not like fresh food, but prefer more pronounced tastes, then when mixing, add 1 tsp to the rest of the ingredients. salt and 2 tsp Sahara. Then the bread will be even more delicious.
- Sift 280 - 300 g of flour through a sieve into a dry bowl.
- Mix the flour at low speeds with a mixer and slowly pour the egg-yeast mixture.
- We shift the finished dough into a form with non-stick coating, level the surface with a spoon.
- Cover with a towel and let it brew for about an hour.
- In an hour, our dough came up. Now you can bake it.
- We put the sheet in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake for about 45 minutes. During this time, the loaf should be covered with a beautiful brown crust. If the crust begins to burn prematurely, you can cover the form with foil on top or reduce the temperature by increasing the baking time. Allow the product to cool slightly, and then gently shake it out of the mold.
- Cover the finished loaf with a towel to cool completely. You can cut only a fully cooled loaf. And then delicious, beautiful and healthy bread is ready. He will remain as fluffy and soft even the next day.
