Step cooking
- Sift 400 grams of wheat flour into a deep bowl, add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of baking soda there, mix with a tablespoon. We place 50 grams of oatmeal and 50 grams of peeled sunflower seeds in this mixture. Again, mix with a spoon so that the dry ingredients are well distributed over the dough.
- We proceed to the preparation of the multicooker. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil over the entire surface, we use 30 ml of vegetable product for this. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs in the amount of two tablespoons. We do this so that after baking the bread is well removed.
- In a separate container, mix 175 ml of milk and 250 ml of low-fat kefir. We mix this liquid mixture with dry ingredients, mix thoroughly with a tablespoon.
- The resulting dough is laid out in a multicooker bowl, already prepared for baking. Close the multicooker lid, select the “baking” mode, turn on the timer for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, when we hear a beep, open the multicooker lid, turn the bread onto the other side with the help of a double boiler container.
- After the bread is turned upside down, turn on the multicooker for an additional 30 minutes with the “baking” mode.
- After this time, we take out the bread from the slow cooker, place it on a flat plate - it is ready for use. But before you eat it, cover with a clean towel and leave it to cool for another 30 minutes.
Useful Tips
- For yeast-free bread, it is better to use regular oatmeal, rather than those that are quickly cooked.
- Instead of low-fat kefir, you can use low-fat yogurt or low-fat fermented baked milk.
- Such bread can also be baked in a conventional oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for half an hour. After baking it is wrapped in a towel and allowed to rest for half an hour.
- The yeast-free product does not contain eggs, sugar, yeast, fat, so it is suitable for those who want to lose weight or are on a diet.
- The product is very tasty, suitable for soups, vegetable stew, meat dishes.
