Step cooking
- About 20 minutes before combining all the ingredients, remove the butter from the refrigerator, it should become soft. It is not necessary to melt it. All other ingredients should also be at room temperature. In a dry bowl of breadmaker measure 1 tbsp. l softened butter.
- Add 1 tsp to the oil. salt and 2 tbsp. l Sahara.
- With a measuring glass, measure 270 ml of milk and add it to the bowl to the rest of the ingredients.
- Add 400 g of pre-sifted wheat flour.
- At the very end, add 1.5 tsp. dry yeast.
- Put the bowl in the bread maker and close the lid. You take the “white bread” weight 750 g on the bread maker
Baking Supplements
Various additives will help diversify the familiar taste of bread. Experiment by combining several suggested supplements to help you enjoy new tastes.
- Spice. Add some favorite spices to the dough. Caraway, mint, coriander, rosemary, marjoram, sage, anise and other herbs will make your pastries extraordinary.
- Nuts. You can experiment with various nuts, for example, Greek, cedar, peanuts or any other. For a more intense flavor, dry them for several minutes in the oven or in a pan. The number of nuts should not exceed 20% of the total weight of the dough.
- Sunflower seeds. Sesame, poppy seeds, flax, sunflower or pumpkin seeds. They can be added to the dough, pre-dried or sprinkled on top.
- Dried fruits. Use dried apricots, raisins, dried or smoked prunes.
- Vegetables and greens. Try baking bread using sun-dried tomatoes, baked peppers, garlic, dried or fried onions, olives, dill, parsley and other herbs are also suitable.
