Step cooking
- We will knead the dough in a deep bowl to make it convenient. First you need to sift through a sieve 600 g of premium wheat flour. Thus, it will become more fluffy, and the dough will turn out soft. Put the sifted flour in a deep bowl and add the dry ingredients: 1 tsp. salt, 1.5 tsp sugar and 2 tsp dry yeast.
- For bulk products, pour 4 tbsp. l vegetable oil. You can choose unrefined butter, then the finished bread will smell more fragrant. Pour into a bowl 300 ml of water, heated in a microwave oven to 37-38 degrees. Mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon. When the dough becomes thicker and more uniform, continue to knead it with your hands.
- If kneading the dough in the bowl becomes uncomfortable, transfer it to a clean kitchen table, continuing to knead. On average, the kneading process takes 7-8 minutes, and the dough is dense, but soft. Put the finished dough in a bowl and cover with cling film. If it is not, then you can use a plastic bag, which we tightly wrap. We put the dough in a warm place. It is possible to turn on the oven 30 degrees and put in it a bowl with dough. On average, a test takes 30-40 minutes to rise.
- After 40 minutes, the dough is doubled. We shift it to the table and slightly crush it. Weigh the dough on a kitchen scale. From the initial number of products, its weight should be approximately 930-950 g. Divide it into 2 identical pieces of 450-465 g each. Round each piece of dough and leave it to lie on the table, covering it with a kitchen towel. Billets will come up for another quarter hour. From each approaching workpiece we form a sausage, wrapping the dough inward. The edges are slightly twisted and stretched. Similarly, we form another bread.
- We shift the finished blanks onto a baking sheet lightly sprinkled with sifted wheat flour.
- If desired, each loaf from above can be sprinkled with sifted flour. Then we make several horizontal cuts with a sharp knife. They must be shallow.
- We remove the bread for proofing in the oven with a temperature of 30 degrees. We put a small bowl of water on the lower tier of the oven so that there is little humidity. The preparation will be infused for about 20-25 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and set to bake white bread. It takes about 35-40 minutes until a golden hue and golden brown appear. Homemade bread is ready. We shift it to the grill and let it cool completely. Inside, the bread is soft, the crust is crispy. The structure of the finished bread is porous, and the aromatic taste will delight you.
