Ingredients

Step cooking
- Take 250 ml of milk and heat it a little over medium heat. Pour half the heated milk into a deep bowl, add 1 tsp to it. dry yeast, 2 tbsp. l flour and 1 tbsp. l Sahara. Mix everything well, cover with cling film and let stand for about 10 minutes. During this time, the yeast will need to be activated.
- Pour the remaining milk into a large deep dish, add 2 eggs to it and the risen dough with yeast. Enter in the mixture 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients well.
- Sift the flour weighing 450 g through a sieve and gradually add to the rest of the products. Each time, stir the mixture with a spoon to avoid the formation of lumps.
- We lay the finished dough on a flat surface and continue to knead it with your hands until it becomes soft and elastic. Put the dough in a plate, cover it with cling film and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Finely chop 4 medium onions and combine them with 500 g of minced meat. There we add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. All ingredients are mixed well.
- When the dough increases in size by almost 2 times, we take it out of the plate and divide it into balls weighing 50 g each. In total, you should get 17 servings.
- From each blank we make a flat circle, in the center of which we put 1 tbsp. l toppings. We connect the edges of the dough, leaving a small hole in the center.
- We put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. The resulting whites are laid out on a baking sheet, which is lined with parchment paper. Let them brew for another 20 minutes.
- Grease the whites with egg yolk, send the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake the dish for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown. We let the whites cool down a bit and can serve them on the table.
This recipe helps to get tasty and juicy whites with a minimum fat content. They will not harm your figure and stomach, and will also be a great addition to tea.
