Step cooking
- Pour 500 grams of warm milk into a large bowl and add 50 grams of live pressed yeast to it. Stir this mixture until all the yeast has dissolved.
- Then add 15 grams of salt, 15 grams of granulated sugar and 100 grams of wheat flour. Mix all the ingredients until a batter forms. Leave for 20 minutes. In a separate deep bowl, break two chicken eggs and beat slightly with a whisk. Melt in a microwave or on a stove 150 grams of butter. When the oil has cooled, add it to the eggs. Be sure to let the oil cool, otherwise they may curl when added to the eggs. Add 150 grams of wheat flour and mix all the ingredients.
- Then pour this mixture to the approached yeast and again we mix thoroughly. Add 850 grams of wheat flour in parts and knead the dough. The less flour you need, the more airy the dough will be. Pour in 30 grams of vegetable oil and continue to knead. We cover the finished dough with a towel or cling film and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
- After 30-40 minutes, crush the dough, cover again with cling film or a towel and leave it for another 20 minutes in a warm place. Peel, wash and very finely chop one large onion. In a large bowl, mix 500 grams of ground beef and chopped onions.
- Add some salt to taste and ground black pepper. You can also add 10-15 grams of cold water. Mix all the ingredients well.
- On a flat surface greased with vegetable oil, we form a “sausage” from the dough and divide it into balls of 70 grams.
- We roll each ball into a small round layer. Put a small amount of minced meat in the center and pinch the whitish in the form of a triangle. Be sure to leave a small hole in the center so that steam escapes from the whitewash when frying.
- Pour 300 grams of vegetable oil into a non-stick frying pan with high sides and place on a stove. When the oil has warmed, put the hole down on the white pan.
- We fry the whites for 3-4 minutes on each side. After one side is fried, turn over and cover the pan with a lid so that the dish is baked from the inside. We put the finished whites on a dish covered with paper towels. This is to ensure that excess fat is stacked.
