Step cooking
- We heat to a temperature of 40 degrees 450 ml of water. Pour it into a deep bowl, add 7 g of dry yeast, one tablespoon of sugar, a couple of pinch of salt, mix, leave for 10 minutes, let the yeast start the reaction.
- Sift 600 g of flour into a deep bowl. We recommend sifting flour twice, so it is better enriched with oxygen.
- Pour the yeast mixture into the flour, knead the dough. First, knead with a spoon or spatula, then with your hands.
- The dough is soft, sticks to your hands. Add three tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil and mix it into the yeast mass. In time, the kneading procedure will take five minutes.
- We form a ball from the dough, grease the edges of the bowl with vegetable oil, spread the dough. Cover with a lid or towel and leave to approach in a warm place for 30 minutes. You can put it in the oven by turning it on 40 degrees.
- At this time, prepare the stuffing. We will need 500 g of any stuffing. You can cook it yourself or purchase it in a ready-made store. We minced pork pulp through a meat grinder. We clean the three onions, cut into very small cubes and send to the minced meat.
- Add salt, pepper to taste. If desired, you can add other spices, fresh herbs at your discretion. Mix well and leave on demand.
- We get the dough, which is already well suited. Lubricate the working surface and hands with vegetable oil. We form portioned balls. From this amount of dough, approximately 16 whites are obtained. Leave the balls to rise for five minutes.
- Then with our hands we form cakes from each ball, in the middle we spread the minced meat, about a tablespoon.
- We connect the edges, forming a bag, squeeze a little and put the workpiece on the table, seam down. You can give them any other form. For example, connect the blanks like pies.
- Pour a large amount of vegetable oil into the pan so that it rises by one and a half fingers, let it heat.
- We squash the whites a little, give the filling evenly distributed throughout the test and send it to the pan. Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
- We cover the flat dish with paper napkins, lay out the whites so that excess vegetable oil comes out of them.
- After that, we shift to a flat dish and can serve. You can take them to work as a snack. For long-term storage, put in a container with a lid and refrigerate.
