Ingredients
- Pork (brisket) - 400 g
- Onions - 3-4 pcs.
- Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- Salt and Pepper - To taste
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- First, prepare the meat. To do this, rinse the pork under running water and clean it of fillets. Cut into small cubes and send to the pan. You can use any kind of meat or minced meat for this recipe.
- Cut the onion into a small cube and add to the meat.
- Fry the meat and onions until golden brown over medium heat. At the end of the brisket, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Rub the potatoes on a coarse grater into a deep bowl. Potatoes should be selected large and less starchy.
- Add the fried brisket with onions to the grated potatoes and mix thoroughly.
- To make the dish more tender and juicy, add sour cream and mix. In addition to sour cream, you can add half a glass of hot milk.
- We put potatoes with brisket into a baking pot and send to the oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- We take it out of the oven and immediately serve it with sour cream and a glass of milk. Enjoy your meal!
