Step cooking
- We take 3 chicken eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks. Since in the future you will need only proteins, the yolks can be set aside or used to prepare another dish.
- We transfer the proteins into a deep container and beat thoroughly with a mixer until a dense layer of foam appears.
- Then add sour cream to them (of the total amount of sour cream, put aside 1 teaspoon, and add the rest to the container), 20 g of milk and a little salt (to taste). And once again, thoroughly mix the contents of the container with a mixer until smooth.
- Add 1 tsp to a small bowl. sour cream and literally 0.5 - 1 tsp. mix water (if you have sour cream already liquid enough, then you should not add water).
- The omelette baking dish is thoroughly greased with melted butter (you will need no more than 5 g) with a silicone brush. Pour the protein mixture into a greased form.
- From above the workpiece is sprayed with sour cream diluted with water.
- We put the mold in the oven, preheated to 160 degrees, and bake the dish for about 20 - 25 minutes. Ready omelet should be covered with a beautiful golden crust, and be dense enough.
- When the dish is ready, take it out of the oven, and then - from the mold, let it cool slightly and proceed to the meal.
Ways of decorating and serving
You can decorate the finished omelet in a variety of ways: sprinkle with chopped herbs, grated hard cheese, pour sour cream or tomato sauce, place a slice of butter, olive, thin slices of bell pepper, tomatoes, etc. on top.
