- Chicken eggs (protein only) - 3 pcs.

Step cooking
- Very carefully separate the protein from the yolk from the chicken eggs. For cream you need 3 protein.
- Draw water into a pot and bring it to a boil. In a heat-resistant dish, mix protein and 120 grams of sugar.
- Place the proteins with sugar in a water bath so that the dishes do not touch the water. Make sure the fire is medium. Beat the whites with a mixer at minimum speed.
- Whip the cream for 8-10 minutes. It is necessary to warm the cream to about 60 degrees.
- After that, remove the squirrels from the water bath, continuing to beat for another 3-4 minutes, and wait for it to cool completely. The cream is ready! Enjoy your meal!
