Step cooking
- My beef under running water, dried with a paper towel and cut into long strips across the fibers.
- Pour the meat into containers and roll it in flour.
- Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into 3-4 parts.
- Pour butter in a stewpan, heat it up. Pour mushrooms into it and fry until golden brown.
- In the process of frying, juice will stand out from the mushrooms. It must be drained. Follow the process to always have time to drain a large amount of this juice.
- Mushroom juice, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper are mixed in a separate container. It is necessary to mix until smooth.
- Pour the sour cream mixture to the mushrooms, mix everything and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Melt the remaining part of the oil in a frying pan and spread the meat, after having previously brushed it off from the excess flour. We fry on high heat for 5 minutes, not forgetting to stir.
- We transfer the meat to a saucepan with mushrooms, mix and keep on fire for another 1-2 minutes.
- We remove the stewpan from the fire, cover with a lid and let stand for about 10 minutes. Beef stroganoff is ready!
