Step cooking
- For beef stroganoff we use 700 grams of pork tenderloin, which is not necessary to beat, since such meat is already very soft. We place the pork on a chopping board, cut into flat slices two or three centimeters thick, remove so far to the side.
- We peel one large onion, wash it under cold running water, cut it into half rings on the working surface, and remove it for the time being.
- Mushrooms-champignons in the amount of 150 grams of mine under the tap, cut into plates, set aside.
- We turn on the stove, put the pan on the fire, heat it. When the pan is heated, pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into it and wait for it to heat well. Then we put onion sliced in half rings in a pan, fry it until slightly pink and soft. Do not forget to stir the onion from time to time so that it does not burn.
- When the onion is fried, add the mushrooms sliced in plates into the pan. Fry the ingredients until cooked. At the end of frying, salt with a pinch of salt, add half a teaspoon of black pepper, mix with a kitchen spoon.
- We return the pan to the fire, wait until it is very hot, add 30-50 ml of vegetable oil and place the sliced pork after it. Sprinkle the meat on top with one tablespoon of flour, mix, fry over high heat.
- When the meat is roasted to a golden crust, salt with one teaspoon of salt, add two pinches of black ground pepper, mix, keep on fire for a few more minutes so that the meat is saturated with spices.
- Then put the prepared mushrooms with onions in a pan with pork, mix.
- We take two tablespoons of sour cream of any fat content, add to the pan to the remaining components, mix and pour one glass of water or broth.
- Set the fire to “minimum”, cover the pan tightly with a lid and let the dish simmer for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes the beef stroganoff is ready, the dish can be served at the table.
Feed options
- Beef stroganoff can be served absolutely with any side dishes: mashed potatoes, rice, porridge, just boiled potatoes, baked vegetables.
- When serving, you can cut fresh vegetables into a serving plate or serve with vegetable salads.
- If the dish is served with a side dish, add pickles to it: pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, sauerkraut.
