Step cooking
- In order to make the cooking process as comfortable as possible, it is advisable to prepare. Rinse beef liver (400 g) in water, pat dry with a paper towel, remove streaks or mucus if necessary and cut into small slices. It is important that the slices are thin. And also prepare in advance the required amount of the remaining ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix tomato paste (2 tbsp. L.) And sour cream (150 g).
- For the further process, you will need 2 pans, which must be put on fire and heated. Put a mixture of sour cream and tomato paste in one pan, pour milk (2-3 tbsp.), Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until a thick mass is obtained.
- Add vegetable oil (2 tbsp.) To another pan, put the liver sliced into slices and fry it for 5-7 minutes. At this stage, you should not salt the liver, otherwise it will lose its softness.
- Put the sauce in a pan with liver, add salt, ground pepper to taste and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring the food constantly.
Liver - the product is very tender, and if left in the pan after cooking, the liver will continue to stew, and as a result, the dish may not be so soft and juicy. For this reason, it is recommended to immediately transfer the finished dish to ordinary dishes.
