Ingredients
Chicken breast | 1 whole (2 halves) |

Step cooking
- Wash the chicken and dry on a paper towel. Cut the brisket into thin strips.
- Pour in a plate 1 tbsp. l paprika and roll chicken pieces in it. Salt, pepper.
- Heat the pan and pour a little vegetable oil into it. Fry chicken on all sides over high heat until a beautiful crust appears.
- Put the meat on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
- Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic, chop finely. Remove the core from the pepper. Cut into strips.
Secret from the chef: and fry vegetables and meat in the same pan, then the vegetables are saturated with a meat smell. Therefore, you should put on the fire the same pan on which the chicken was also fried. Pour in a little oil. - When the pan is warm, put onion, garlic and pepper in it. Fry for a couple of minutes until half cooked. At this time, peel the mushrooms, wash and cut each into four parts. Send the mushrooms to the vegetables in the pan. Fry for a few minutes.
- Pour 50 ml of dry white wine into the pan, mix and simmer for one minute. Pour 200 ml of broth and simmer over low heat until cooked.
- Add 2 tbsp. l swept away. To mix everything. When the vegetables are ready, combine with the chicken. Add whole sugar pea pods. Compared to regular peas, sugar does not have a hard parchment layer on the inside of the leaflets, so it can be eaten completely with a “skin”. Coarsely chop the parsley and add to the pan. Stew together for just a few seconds and remove from heat. Put vegetables and chicken in a plate, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat another pan, drizzle with oil. Spetsle (a type of German pasta) is fried in a pan. They should become airy and crispy when exposed to temperature.
- Add a piece of butter in the shtetsel, mix and remove from heat. Put the shtzple on a plate with chicken and vegetables.
