Step cooking
- The processed liver is laid out in a large bowl or deep dish.
- The liver is sprinkled with salt, as well as black pepper in an amount corresponding to personal tastes and preferences. The ingredients are mixed with a spatula or spoon.
- The liver is sprinkled with 1.5 tablespoons of starch. Both potato and corn are suitable. The ingredients mix well once again.
- Both onions need to be chopped to pieces 2-3 centimeters in length. Greens are optionally chopped well with a knife. Two pans are placed on the hob. 25 grams of butter and 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil are put on one heated frying pan. On the second 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.

- The ingredients are thoroughly mixed until complete mass uniformity. The sauce is laid out on the liver and onions and mixed thoroughly so that it is distributed between them.
