- Thoroughly wash 600-700 grams of beef and cut into strips along a piece. Soft carcass parts are recommended to make it easier to chop.

- We clean and wash two onions. Cut them into half rings.
- We put the non-stick pan on the stove and warm it up well.
- Pour 30 grams of vegetable oil into the pan and wait for it to heat up.
- Put the chopped onion in the heated oil and fry it for two to three minutes.
- Pour 30 grams of wheat flour into a plastic bag, put chopped beef into it and mix. Thus we bread the meat in flour.
- Pour the meat in flour into a pan and fry for about ten minutes. Initially, fry over high heat, and then reduce to medium to form a crust.
- Add 70 grams of 20% sour cream to the pan and spread the meat on top with it. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, if necessary, add a little more and season with pepper.
- We cook the dish for another 5-7 minutes and turn off the stove.
- Arrange on plates and serve with a side dish.
