Step cooking
- Cut 700 grams of beef into plates.
- Put each plate on a cutting board, cover with cling film and lightly beat off with a kitchen hammer.
- When all the meat is beaten, cut it into thin strips.
- We clean, wash and cut one onion in half rings.
- We put a non-stick pan on the stove and pour 30 grams of vegetable oil and 30 grams of butter on it.
- When the oil is heated, put the chopped meat in a pan. Fry the beef for 5-7 minutes over high heat.
- In the fried meat, add salt, black pepper to taste.
- We put chopped onions and 15 grams of wheat flour into the pan.
- Mix all the ingredients and fry for 3-4 minutes, until the onion becomes transparent.
- Add two bay leaves, 200 grams of sour cream and 30 grams of tomato paste to the pan. Mix well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Wash, dry and finely chop fresh dill to taste. When the meat is ready, add chopped greens to it, mix, arrange on plates and serve.

- It is recommended to use beef fillet rather than meat on the bone. The best option would be a tenderloin or thin edge.
