Ingredients
- Lamb - 1 kg
- Potato - 1 kg

Step cooking
- Pour 120 ml of oil into a deep pan and heat it.
- Meanwhile, chop 1 kg of lamb. Place the lamb in a preheated pan. Add salt and spices to taste.
- Fry the meat for 5-10 minutes, and then cover it and simmer on low heat for 35-40 minutes.
- At the end of the period, add the peeled potatoes to the meat. Cutting it is not necessary. Mix everything, cover and simmer until the potatoes are ready.
