- To prepare natural banana juice, you will need not only bananas, but also oranges so that oxidation does not occur. If you do not have oranges, they can be replaced with tangerines, but make sure that they do not have seeds. Also, if you use tangerines, you need to take only the pulp itself.
- To start, wash the oranges and cut them in half (across). Take an electric juicer, or you can replace it with a manual one, but then you have to make a lot of effort. If you do not have a juicer at home, you can replace it with the most ordinary fork, which you need to get the juice from the pulp as much as possible, picking it.
- Pour the resulting orange juice into a Turk or a stewpan immediately.
- Also peel 2 medium-sized bananas and cut them into small pieces. When choosing bananas for juice, pay attention that they are very ripe, but not black, otherwise it will be difficult for you to interrupt them with a blender, and the juice will turn out to be very sour. Place the sliced bananas in a Turk to orange juice and beat thoroughly with a hand blender.
- When you kill bananas with orange juice, you should get fruit juice with pulp. It must be poured into glasses and briefly put in the refrigerator. This juice turns out to be very tasty and useful at the same time, since there are no harmful additives in it, and sugar is also completely absent.
- Please note that this juice can be easily prepared even without the use of a blender and juicer, replacing them with a grater and fork to chop the fruit. At the end, you just need to crush the bananas with a crush, if necessary, pass the drink through cheesecloth or a sieve, and then simply send it in glasses to the refrigerator.
