Step cooking
- Peel the bananas, cut into small pieces and put them in a blender bowl.
- Add 1.5 tablespoons of oatmeal. It is good if they are instant and small in size. If you have regular cereals, you can grind them in a spice mill or grind with a pestle.
- Pour bananas and oatmeal with 1 glass of milk and optionally add 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar, because thanks to bananas, the drink will turn out to be so sweet. Instead of milk, you can add yogurt without fillers or fat-free kefir.
- We interrupt the blender to a homogeneous consistency.
- Serve with banana slices, cinnamon and almonds.
