Step cooking
- Divide 3 large chicken eggs into yolks and squirrels. You can do this the usual way by knocking the shell in the middle with a knife and dividing the egg into 2 halves. And you can use a special device - an egg separator. Place the yolks in a deep bowl.
- Add 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar to the yolks. Take fine sugar, it is better dispersed in bulk.
- Beat the yolk-sugar mixture with a mixer with a whisk to form a fluffy mass without sugar grains. In a small saucepan, heat 300 ml of milk with 8 grams of vanilla sugar to a temperature of 37-38 ° С. Instead of vanilla sugar, you can take a pinch of vanillin or a few vanilla pods. Mix 3 teaspoons of corn starch and 20 grams of wheat flour in a cup. Add the ingredients in portions to the yolk mass, whisking the mixture with a mixer at low speeds. Pudding resembles custard. For the density of the mass, corn starch is added, not potato. It is he who provides such a consistency of the composition that it can be eaten with a spoon.
- Continuing whipping at low speed, pour a trickle of milk into the bowl with vanilla flavor. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the resulting mixture into a pan, put on a small fire. Bring the mixture to a thickening. While heating and boiling, stir the contents of the pan with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming.
- Beat the vanilla cream removed from the fire with a mixer at low speed for 1-2 minutes, so that the mass does not seize.
- Pour the cream into a deep bowl or bowl. Tighten the bowl with cling film, set aside to allow the mixture to cool. Place the warm pudding in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes until completely cooled.
- Peel 1 banana, beat it with a blender until smoothie.
- Transfer the banana mass to a chilled milk-egg cream. Beat the banana cream with a mixer until smooth.
- Break into small pieces 50 grams of any crispy dry cookies, such as crackers. Divide the resulting crumb into 3 parts. Place each piece in a serving cup.
- Peel 1 banana. Cut it into thin rings. Put 3 parts of fruit in each glass.
- Transfer the banana cream to a pastry bag. Fill the glasses with mass to the top. If there is no pastry bag, shift the cream with a spoon. You can make several layers of cookies and bananas by filling each layer with pudding.
- To decorate the dessert, take mint leaves (wash and dry in advance).
Dessert is decorated with pieces of chocolate, coconut, whipped cream, glaze, candied fruit, fresh berries and fruits.
