- Semolina - 340 g

- Lubricate the bottom and sides of a round baking dish for baking (24 cm in diameter with sides 12 cm high) with melted butter (10 grams). Sprinkle the bottom and sides of the mold with 10 grams of semolina.
- Put half the cooked semolina dough into the mold, smooth the layer with a spoon. Spread half the sliced bananas over the dough.
- Pour the remaining dough into the mold, spread the remaining fruits on its surface. To prevent the fruits from drying out, you can lightly grease them with the butter remaining from greasing the form.
- Bake the cake in an oven heated to a temperature of 180 ° C for about 35-45 minutes. Check the readiness of the dough with a wooden skewer (after piercing the dough layer, the skewer should remain dry). The exact baking time depends on the features of your oven.
- Remove the finished banana manna from the oven, let it stand for 15-20 minutes, then remove the ring. If desired, you can sprinkle the cake on top with powdered sugar, or decorate with another decor at your discretion.
