Ingredients
- Ripe bananas - 4 pcs.
- Kefir or yogurt - 100 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Wheat flour - 300 g
- Dough baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Olive Oil - 50 ml
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 Pack
Step cooking
- Ripe bananas (4 pcs.) Peel, break into pieces, transfer to a deep bowl and crush using a crush or fork in mashed potatoes. It is important that they are very ripe. In this case, the finished cake will be even more fragrant.
- Add sugar (100 g), vanilla sugar (1 packet), salt (1 pinch) to bananas and mix well again.
- Add eggs (2 pcs.) And mix thoroughly again.
- Add drinking yogurt or kefir (100 ml) to the mixture and mix.
- Then pour olive oil (50 ml) into a bowl and mix thoroughly again. A mixer is not needed for this, just an ordinary fork or spoon is enough. Instead of olive, you can use vegetable oil or a mixture of vegetable or olive.
- The liquid base for the dough is ready, now you can add flour (300 g). It is advisable to pre-sift it in order to remove possible inclusions. Add flour preferably in small portions, each time while mixing the dough. It should turn out quite thick, but at the same time, flow.
- Now you need to add the baking powder of the dough (1 tsp) and again thoroughly mix the baking base.
- Grease the baking dish with vegetable or butter and pour the dough into it.
- Send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes, until cooked and golden brown.
- Remove the banana pie from the oven, let it cool slightly, transfer to a plate, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and decorate with banana. The dessert is ready, you can serve the pie to the table and proceed to tea drinking.
