Step cooking
- Peel 3-4 bananas from the peel, break them into pieces and place them in a deep container.
- Add ½ lemon juice to bananas and mash bananas with juice with a fork until you get mashed potatoes without lumps.
- Add 100 g of brown cane sugar, 60 ml of water, 150 ml of sunflower oil to banana puree, break 3 eggs and mix all the products in a container with a mixer until smooth.
- Sift 5 g of salt, 10 g of baking powder and 300 g of flour into a deep bowl through a sieve.
- Add the sifted dry components to the banana mass and, without stopping whipping, mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Turn on the oven at 180 ° C and leave to warm. In a mortar and pestle, grind 70 g of peeled almonds until fine crumbs are obtained.
- Grind 75 g of dark chocolate with a knife.
- Add chopped almonds and chocolate to the dough, and mix thoroughly with a tablespoon.
- We lubricate the form with 10 g of butter, paying particular attention to the corners and side surfaces, after which we sprinkle 1 tsp. flour and shake off the excess.
- Pour the dough into the mold and place it in the preheated oven for 55 minutes.
- After 55 minutes, we check the cake’s readiness with a toothpick, and if it is dry, remove the finished baking, put it on the surface and let it cool, without removing it from the mold.
- When the product has completely cooled, take it out of the form, cut into portioned pieces, place on a dessert plate and serve.
