Step cooking
- First, remove the peel from the banana and cut it into small slices. Put the sliced banana in a deep container.
- After that, we drive two small chicken eggs into this container and grind until smooth with a fork. Optionally, you can use a blender. The basis for the fritters is quite liquid.
- Next, we put a frying pan with a non-stick coating on the stove and warm it well.
- We put pancakes on a heated frying pan. For convenience, it is better to use a small ladle for this purpose. Try to make sure that all the pancakes are about the same size.
- Fry the pancakes on medium heat for several minutes until they are browned, and then turn the spatula to the other side and again fry for several minutes. Make sure that the pancakes are not burnt. It is very important not to overexpose them in a pan.
- We put the finished pancakes on a flat plate, and, if desired, serve before serving. You can decorate the pancakes with banana slices, pour with colored syrup or add berries. Also, such pancakes can be served with ice cream and whipped cream. Enjoy your meal.
