Step cooking
Making cupcakes
- Put the banana in a plate and grind it with a blender. It is advisable to take a banana very ripe or even overripe so that the taste is as saturated as possible.
- Pour sugar, softened butter and vanilla extract into the bowl and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes until the mass is clarified. Add the egg to the mass and mix thoroughly.
- Pour sour cream and banana puree, stir until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, soda and cinnamon, mix and pour into wet ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- We transfer the dough into a pastry bag and place it in baking dishes, which need to be filled 3/4 of the entire form.
- We put in the oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius and bake for 15-20 minutes until the skewers dry. We take out the finished cupcakes from the oven and leave to cool, and at this time we prepare the cream.
Cooking cream
- Take banana chips and grind in a blender until small crumbs.
- Beat curd cheese, cream and powdered sugar. Optionally, add a little dye. Pour ground banana chips into the mass, knead.
- We shift the cream into a pastry bag.
We form cupcakes with cream
- In cooled cupcakes, we take out the midpoints with a diameter of 1.5 cm.
- Pour salty caramel into the holes made. As a filling, you can use something else, as you wish.
- We place caps from cream on cupcakes, sprinkle cinnamon or grated chocolate on top.
- We decorate by inserting banana chips into the cream.
- Done! Dessert can be served at the table!
