Step cooking
- To prepare this cookie, you can even take a banana that has been at home for a long time, and its peel has begun to darken. Peel a banana, break it into small pieces and send it into a deep bowl.
- Add to it one tablespoon of honey and 100 g of sugar, rub the mass well.
- Then add 120 ml of refined vegetable oil, ⅓ tsp. soda, two tablespoons of lemon juice, mix well. You can mix the ingredients with a spoon, mixer or blender, it doesn’t matter.
- Then we sift 240 g of flour into a separate bowl, add one tablespoon of it to the banana mixture, mix constantly to make the dough uniform without lumps. Be sure to take the highest grade flour so that it is white without a gray tint.
- The amount of flour may need more or less, it depends on the size of the banana used. Therefore, you should pay attention to the desired consistency of the test. It should turn out soft, sticky to the hands.
- When the dough is ready, cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, wet your hands with water or vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick to your hands, and roll up balls from it, about the size of a walnut. We spread the balls on a baking sheet, maintaining a distance of 2-3 centimeters from each other.
- We send to the oven for 20 minutes, bake at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then we take out a baking sheet, let the liver cool down a little and put it on a flat dish. You can serve it for tea. The finished cookie looks like oatmeal, soft, has a slight smack of banana. This recipe is classic. If desired, you can add other toppings, for example, nuts, raisins, coconut, dried apricots.
