Step cooking
- We wash the eggplants weighing 700 g and cut into small cubes.
- Break 4 chicken eggs into a deep container and beat them slightly with a whisk.
- Add beaten eggs to eggplant, mix and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Cut 200 g of onions into medium slices.
- Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into the preheated pan and sauté the eggplant and onion.
- At the end of cooking, add salt and black pepper to the dish to taste.
