Ingredients
- Eggplant - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 250 g
- Soft cream cheese - 70 g
- Hard cheese - 70 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil - for pan lubrication
- Green dill - to taste
Step cooking
- Peel the garlic and chop it with a knife or skip it through a press.
- Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
- I wash the eggplants under running water, dry with a towel and cut the tails. Do not peel the eggplant and cut it into circles about a centimeter.
- We put the pan on fire, lightly grease it with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Fry eggplant mugs on both sides until light brown.
- While the eggplants are cooling, we are engaged in tomatoes. Wash, dry and core. We cut the tomatoes in circles of 0.5 cm thick.
- Turn on the preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease with vegetable oil. We spread the fried eggplant in a mold.
- From above, a little garlic spread on each circle and lightly salt.
- Next, put the circles of tomatoes on the garlic.
- Sprinkle tomatoes with oregano, pepper to taste, then put soft cheese and place hard cheese on top of it. We send the baking dish to the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Finely chop the dill sprigs. We lay the finished eggplant on a plate, crush with chopped dill and serve. Enjoy your meal!
