mushroom seasoning | 0.5 tbsp. l |
vegetable oil | 3 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- We take 2 eggplants and peel them. We cut them into cubes 2 cm wide and shift them into a deep container.
- We take 1 chicken egg and beat it with a whisk until foam is formed. Combine egg mass with eggplant. Mix everything thoroughly. Let the vegetables stand under a closed lid for about 1 hour.
Important! When the eggplants are infused, stir them every 10 minutes to allow the egg mass to soak. - Finely chop 1 head of onion.
- Pour 3 tbsp into a heated pan. l vegetable oil. Fry eggplant over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add the onion to the pan. Mix and fry the vegetables until cooked.
- Sprinkle a dish of 0.5 tbsp. l mushroom seasoning and turn off the fire. Enjoy your meal!
Eggplants cooked according to the proposed recipe do look like fried mushrooms. The porous structure of the vegetable is very similar to champignons, and the use of onions and seasonings contributes to even greater similarity of tastes. The finished dish is perfect as a light snack for the summer table.
