There are a large number of different eggplant snacks, but the most popular and simple is eggplant with mayonnaise and garlic. Although this dish is considered very high-calorie, it has an incredible piquant taste and delicious aroma, which is simply impossible to resist.
- We take 3 eggplants, wash them and cut them into slices of medium thickness.
- In a deep container, mix 200 g of mayonnaise and 10 cloves of garlic, passed through a press.
- Fry eggplant in a pan with the addition of 150 ml of vegetable oil.
- Grease the prepared eggplant with mayonnaise and garlic sauce. We serve a snack, optionally adding salt, black pepper and fresh herbs to it.
