Ingredients
- Eggplant - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1-2 tbsp. l
- Pepper - 1-2 tbsp. l
- Mayonnaise - 1-2 tbsp. l

Step cooking
- Cut off the tail of the eggplant. Cut the eggplant in half.
- We make cuts in the pulp of eggplant.
- Dip in salted water if the eggplant is bitter. We rub the eggplant cracks with salt and the eggplants themselves as well. Add pepper and garlic in the same way.
- Grease the eggplant with mayonnaise.
