Step cooking
- We begin to prepare the ingredients. We wash and clean everything. Pour the paste with pickle brine and mix until smooth. We leave this mixture aside.
- Wash the meat, dry it with paper towels and cut into small pieces. We wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes, like pork.
- Also not very finely chop the cucumbers.
- We heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the pork in it until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- Add potatoes to the meat pan and fry everything together for about 5 minutes.
- Then add the pickles, mix and add the tomato mixture with brine. Add water, bay leaf and ground pepper there.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly and simmer everything together over low heat for about 20-25 minutes. You can stew it under the lid, you can even without it.
- After 25 minutes, add the garlic squeezed through the press. We mix the ingredients, remove the pan from the heat and cover with a lid. Let it brew for 5 minutes under the lid.
- Done! Enjoy your meal!
