Step cooking
Preparatory stage
- Peel 2 carrots and cut into strips.
- 2 onions peeled and cut into cubes.
- 4 pickled cucumbers cut into cubes.
- 2 chicken fillets cut into medium-sized cubes.
- Peel 0.5 kg of potato and cut into strips.
Cooking the basics
- In a hot pan, put 25 g of butter. After the butter has melted, add the chicken fillet and fry with occasional stirring until golden brown.
- Add the onion and mix the ingredients in a pan. When the onion is half ready, add the carrots and pickles. Mix well the contents in a pan.
- In a second hot pan, put 25 g of butter. After the butter has melted, add the potatoes and fry it until half ready.
- When the ingredients in the first pan (chicken, onions, carrots, cucumbers) are almost ready, add 1.5 tbsp. l tomato paste and 200 ml of water. Mix everything well and leave to stew under a closed lid for 15 to 20 minutes.
- In a pan with vegetables, add potatoes, salt, black pepper to taste and mix well. Leave to simmer under a closed lid over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
- We lay out the finished dish in portioned plates.
When serving, you can decorate the dish with any greens.
