Turkey meat (thighs or fillets) | 0.7-1 kg |

Step cooking
- Take a turkey fillet in the amount of one kilogram, on a cutting board we cut it into plates 4-5 cm long and at least one centimeter thick.
- Next, peel one kilogram of potato, peel it under running water, cut into large strips. We clear one large head of onion from the husk, wash it under a tap, cut into quarters on a cutting board.
- Peel one large carrot, peel it with my cold water, cut into strips. We also cut into strips two medium pickles on the working surface.
- We put a frying pan on the stove, pour 50 ml of vegetable oil, optionally add 20-30 grams of butter, heat the fats until a light haze appears.
- When it appears, put the sliced pieces of turkey in a pan in one layer. Fry them over high heat, do not reduce for 5-7 minutes. The meat should acquire a golden crust on both sides.
- We take the meat out of the pan into a separate container, remove it for a while to the side. And in a hot pan we put chopped onions and fry it for 5-6 minutes until soft. Sprinkle onion with one or two pinch of sugar on top, mix from time to time so that it does not burn. A light caramel crust should appear on the surface of this ingredient. When the onion is browned, add the carrots cut into strips into the pan.
- Fry the product for five to six minutes, then add two to three pinches of wheat flour, mixing the components, fry for another one or two minutes.
- Now put two or three tablespoons of tomato paste in a pan, stir, keep on fire for two or three minutes, constantly stirring.
- Then we pour 500-600 ml of any broth, for example, chicken, into the pan. If there is no broth, you can replace it with water. Stir the mixture in a pan, bring to a boil. During boiling, add spices to the pan: one or two pinches of red pepper, half a teaspoon of paprika, a teaspoon of hops-suneli. Choose other spices, the ones you prefer more.
- After that, put in the pan the fried pieces of turkey meat, mix, bring to a boil. After a minute, add chopped pickles to the meat. Stir again, cover the pan tightly with a lid, let cook for 20-25 minutes on low heat.
- While the meat is being cooked, we put another pan on the fire, pour 100 ml of vegetable oil into it, and heat it to a slight haze. When the smoke is noticed, we send potatoes cut in large strips into the pan. Fry it until cooked.
- It took 20 minutes after the basics began to boil. Open the lid of the pan, add the ready-fried potatoes to the meat and vegetables, mix the basics, let the products cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- While the basics are still being prepared, peel 5-6 cloves of garlic, peel with cold water, cut very finely on a cutting board and send to the pan. Next, add half a bunch of previously chopped parsley or any other greens. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes, turn off the fire.
- Open the lid, add the remaining greens, we can serve the dish for dinner.
