Step cooking
- Wash, dry from moisture and cut into small pieces 1 kilogram of turkey fillet.
- Peel, wash and cut into strips 500-700 grams of potatoes.
- We clean and wash 1 large onion and cut it into half rings.
- Wash, peel and cut into small strips 1 large carrot.
- We also cut 2 straws of medium size in small strips.
- We put a non-stick frying pan on the stove and pour vegetable oil. We put 1-2 tablespoons of butter, so the dish will be more aromatic and tastier.
- When the oil is heated, put the chopped turkey meat in a frying pan and fry over high heat until a beautiful golden crust is formed. Do not forget to stir in time so that the turkey does not burn.
- When the meat is browned on all sides, we transfer it from the pan to a separate container and leave it for a while. Put chopped onions in a pan (we don’t wash it after frying the meat), sprinkle with 1-2 pinches of granulated sugar and fry over medium heat for 5-8 minutes until it becomes soft.
- Add carrots to the onion, mix and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- Add 2-3 pinches of wheat flour, mix and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pan, mix all the ingredients and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in 500 grams of chicken broth, mix and bring to a boil.
- We season the contents of the pan with ground red pepper, paprika and sunli hops to taste. Mix everything again and wait until the gravy boils.
- When the sauce has boiled, add the roasted turkey fillet to it, mix and bring everything to a boil again.
- Add chopped pickles to the meat, mix, cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
- We put a second pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil and sprinkle it with a couple of a pinch of salt. When the oil is heated, put the potatoes in a frying pan and fry until cooked.
- After 20 minutes, add the fried potatoes to the skillet with meat, mix and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
- Turn off the fire, add finely chopped 5-6 cloves of garlic and chopped fresh herbs to taste. Mix everything again and let it brew for a few minutes.
