Ingredients

Step cooking
- In a deep preheated pan, pour 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil and send there 600 g diced beef. Constantly mix and fry it for 3 minutes over high heat. Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and leave the meat to stew.
- Pour 1 tbsp into a preheated pan l vegetable oil and fry on it 250 g of finely chopped onions for 3 minutes. We also chop 14 g of garlic and add it to the onion. Mix the ingredients and fry them for about 1 minute.
- We send the mixture of onions and garlic to the pot with meat and cover the ingredients again with a lid.
- Pour into the pan 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and send fried carrots 200 g chopped into small strips
- After 3 minutes, add the carrots to the meat and onions. Mix everything and cover.
- Dice 300 g of tomato and cut them into a frying pan from under the carrots. Fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add 1 tbsp to the tomatoes. l tomato paste. Mix and simmer for about 1 minute. We send the tomato mixture to the pan to the rest of the ingredients.
- We introduce 300 ml of meat broth there. Mix everything and let it stew for 1 hour over medium heat.
- Finely chop 200 g of pickles and send them to the pan with 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add cucumbers to the pan with stewed ingredients and cover everything again with a lid.
- Cut 500 g of potatoes into strips and fry it until half ready.
- Add 2 bay leaves, 1 tbsp. To the pan l dried basil, 1/2 tsp ground pepper and salt to taste.
- We transfer the potatoes there, add 1/2 tsp. red pepper, cover and simmer another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and serve.
