Kitchen appliances and utensils
- several bowls and glasses;
- kitchen scales and other measuring accessories;
- cutting board and sharp knife;
- fine grater;
- garlic squeezer;
- oven;
- grill.
Ingredients
- avocado - 2 pcs.
- 4 eggs
- hard cheese - 40 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- table or sea salt - optional
- olive oil - 20 ml
- ground black pepper - optional
Step cooking
- The first step is to free two avocados from the bone. It doesn't matter how ripe avocados you use, as they will be cooked. If you want the fruit to become softer and easier to remove the bone, then put it in the sun or leave it at room temperature for several hours.
- In order for each half of the avocado to stand stably on the surface, cut off the thin tip from the round side.
- We cover each fruit from the inside with thin cuts that we make with a knife. This action will allow the avocado to thoroughly soak in the filling, which will make our dish much tastier, and also after the heat treatment will make the fruit much softer.
- Grind approximately 40 g of hard cheese on a fine grater.
- We peel two cloves of garlic from the husk, and then either finely chop them with a knife or pass through a garlic squeezer.
- Sprinkle the crushed garlic with a small amount of salt, and then carefully rub both ingredients together.
- In a deep bowl, spread the mixture of garlic and salt, then pour 20 ml of olive oil. Instead of olive oil, it is allowed to use refined sunflower oil, which does not have a pungent odor.
- We add ground black pepper there, focusing on your taste, and then stir everything thoroughly.
- Carefully coat each half of the avocado with the resulting garlic mixture so that it is well absorbed into the cuts. We leave the fruits in this form for about 10 minutes, so that they are pickled with garlic sauce.
- We take 4 chicken eggs and gently separate the protein from the yolk, while laying the yolks separately from each other.
- Fill each avocado with protein.
- On top of it we form a cheese cap.
- We send the formed products to the grill for 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
- After this time, we make a small depression in the cheese cap and pour the yolk into it.
- Salt the yolk a little and pepper to taste, and then bake the product for another 3 minutes so that the chicken yolk is slightly “grabbed”.
- Serve hot avocados on the table.
