Ingredients
- Watermelon pulp - 300-400 g
- Lime - 1 pc.
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Ice to taste
Step cooking
- Peel the watermelon from the skin and stones (in total, you will need about 300-400 g of watermelon pulp). Cut the pulp into cubes of medium size and put in a blender bowl.
- The apple (you will need 1 medium-sized apple) is peeled and the middle. We cut the peeled apple into slices and send it to a container for watermelon.
- We cut the lime in half and carefully squeeze the juice from the two halves into the blender bowl. In the absence of lime you can, in principle, take a lemon, but lime juice is still more saturated and aromatic.
- Following the juice, add 1 tsp to the fruit. honey.
- We carefully grind all the above ingredients with a blender (until completely homogeneous).
- In a glass for serving a drink, put a few ice cubes (from about 3 to 6 cubes) and fill it with the resulting smoothie.
- We insert a tube into the glass (you can do without it) and enjoy the resulting drink!
Decoration and serving
As an experiment, in such a smoothie, you can also add kiwi, natural yogurt without sugar (so the smoothie will be more nutritious), banana, peach, cinnamon, etc. To make the smoothie look more impressive, you can add previously soaked seeds of chia (flax) or garnish with a sprig of fresh mint (you can also add mint to the cocktail itself). Serving such a healthy drink is recommended in a tall glass with a straw.
