Olives | 50 g |
Pumpkin seeds | 1 tsp |
Flax seeds | 0.5 tsp |
Step cooking
- Mix the yeast with warm milk and leave aside for 15 minutes.
- Mix two types of flour.
- Add the egg, oregano, salt and mix everything. Add yeast with milk. Sift flour into this mixture, mix well with a spoon.
- We cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Chop olives.
- When the dough comes up, put the olives there and mix well.
- We spread the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour, and lightly sprinkle with a pinch of flour on top. We begin to knead the dough.
- We form round bread, put it on parchment paper and make small, shallow cuts in the bread.
- Lubricate with a couple of drops of olive oil and sprinkle with flax seeds and pumpkin seeds on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, send the bread to bake in the oven for 40 minutes. After this time, the bread is ready. It turns out to be very crispy, and in the middle very tender and soft. We leave the bread to cool, and after 30-50 minutes it can already be eaten. Enjoy your meal!
