Gin and Tonic Cocktail
- Fully fill the wine glass with ice. Then pour 40 ml of gin into the glass and mix it well with ice using a cocktail spoon or other suitable appliance.
- Add a slice of orange and lemon to the glass, and on the side, place 1 sprig of thyme for flavor. Gently mix again. Add some more ice as needed.
- Pour the tonic into the glass almost to the top and mix everything. To enhance the citrus flavor, you can sprinkle a small amount of orange juice on top of the cocktail.

Step cooking

- Add 20 ml of orange liquor to the bowl of the vodka shaker and squeeze the juice out of half the lemon.
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the ice bowl and close the shaker tightly. Whisk a cocktail in a shaker.
- Remove ice from a chilled glass and use a sieve to pour the cocktail without ice. Garnish the cocktail with a slice of lemon or a slice of its zest, after which you can serve the drink.

Step cooking
- Fill one half of the shaker with ice. Pour ice into the glass to cool it.
- In a bowl of a shaker, mash the washed branch of aloe vera with a pestle. Then pour 30-40 ml of lemon and melon liquor into the shaker bowl. Instead of melon liqueur, you can add any other to your liking.
- Lastly, add 30 ml of cream to the shaker bowl, then pour everything into the bowl with ice. Close the shaker well and beat the cocktail. If an airy creamy foam forms on the cocktail, then it is ready.
- Pour ice from a chilled glass. Then, using a sieve, pour the prepared cocktail into a glass. You can decorate the drink with a slice of lemon peel.
