And if you generalize and philosophize amateurishly, it turns out that visitors to fitness clubs, like everyone else, get old, get sick, and, in the end, die. Mortality among visitors to fitness clubs is 100%! As, however, among the entire human population.

And no crazy fluttering, swallowing health pills and wearing miracle bracelets will not fix anything. In this place, many will begin to make excuses. They de not only lie, absorbing endless buffet dishes. They are swimming. Play the ball. Shake the body on the dance floor. And some did not go anywhere at all and hold on tightly to life with a shovel and a garden rake.

Life and death are serious business. And the subjective assessment of their workaholism by the degree of fatigue and irritability will not work here. Only 800 kcal left. They should be spent on physical labor. Useful either to the body or to society. This corresponds to 3 hours of work in the garden or two hours of daily training in the gym! It remains to calculate their scanty efforts to maintain health and youth. To cry, get up from a chaise lounge and go on a lesson in water aerobics. Or, at worst, beg a shovel from Turkish service staff and take off to ennoble the local columbaria. At the same time, we, the trainers who were left without work and money, will begin to smile when we hear on the news how drunk Russian tourists loosened and spud an innocent palm, justified by the vital need for physical activity.
